Chair Yoga at the Library

Chair Yoga is an excellent class for those with limited mobility or injuries. Yoga Poses, breath work, and relaxation are done in this chair. Some poses use the chair as support as students stand; however, it is always an option to remain seated for the entire class. Dress in comfortable clothes you can move in.
